Disable to not to track your location using the GPS and automatically setting up your routine. This feature is handy, however, it’s your personal preference to keep it or not. I am personally using it enabled.
It will synchronize your contact with Google and your devices. I personally use it enabled to avoid contacts and important data lose when i change phones.

You can go ahead and disable it. Most of us not using this feature. Even if you use, you don’t want the stupid questions you asked to get tracked.
YouTube Search History
YouTube Watch History
You can enable or disable this both options based on your need. If you want your youtube homepage always gives result related to the search you make enable it otherwise disable it.
If you don’t want to disable it entirely, you can still go to manage activity and remove particular activity from it.
Or you can use incognito window for full privacy.
